Terms Of Service

We are committed to providing all participants or purchasers of any Better YOUniverse Family of Brands, (Better YOUniversity, Power 2 Present – subsequently referred to as ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’), products and programs with a positive experience.  We consciously extend that positive experience into the way we conduct our business and provide customer service.  To that end, the following details our terms of service, refund policy and termination rights.

Refunds:

Every effort is made to ensure the quality of the products and programs produced by Terri and Vincent Hase, and the Better YOUniverse family of brands, (Power 2 Present, Better YOUniversity).  In the unlikely event that something doesn’t meet your satisfaction, or a defect is discovered, the following policies are enacted and enforced.  We want you to be happy and our policies are written to ensure clarity and smooth resolution in the case there is a challenge.  Seriously, there will be no hassle and no questions.  If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.  that’s why we’re here to support your informed selection of our products and services, refund your fees paid when applicable and back up our offerings with integrity.  If we need to issue a refund – we will and we’ll strive to serve you another day, another way!

Products Mailed to Your Home: Should there ever be a substantial defect in a mailed product, (exclusive of shipping damage which is the responsibility of the shipping agent), a full refund of the product price you paid, or a like replacement may be requested within 1 business day of receipt of the product by the customer, but not to exceed 14 total days from the shipping date.  This refund will be processed by the company within 3 business days of the item(s) in question being received in return by us.  No refund requests will be considered outside of the terms above.

Download Products: We make every effort to describe in great detail the contents of our online courses and products.  We are also always available by phone or email to answer your questions and provide samples, ([email protected] – For live Customer Service, call: 360-599-1823).  Please contact us with your concerns before purchasing any online, downloadable product or course.  Due to the instant access nature of these products, no refunds will be considered after the initial purchase has been processed except for unlikely defect due to technical issues impacting usage or delivery.  No refund requests will be considered outside of the terms above.

‘Tele’ based programs: We strive to create world class ‘in class’ experiences and deliver top quality training in our Tele based programs.  Should you feel that the program is not suited to you for any reason, you may withdraw and request a refund of your fees paid to date providing the following.  Notify us by email at –  [email protected] OR call Customer Service at –  360-599-1823 and speak to one of our service specialists in the office, prior to the start of the event, or within 24hrs. after the second session, of any program containing more than 4 sessions, or within 24hrs. after the first session for all program containing less than 4 sessions.  Your refund will be processed within 3 business days and your access to all online components and all future call sessions will be blocked upon confirmation of your refund request.  All refund requests must be confirmed by our team before they can be considered valid.

Live, in person, programs: Live events typically involve contracts with host venues.  Therefore, the only refund requests for live events are those received and confirmed 30 days in advance before the first day of the scheduled event.  Purchases made within that 30 day period are not eligible for refund and neither are refund requests made within the 30 day period before the event, or at any point after the event.  Registering for a live event implies that you are aware of the ‘no refund within 30 days’ policy that applies.

Right to Terminate:

We have the responsibility to create safe and supportive environments for all those who register for our programs.  Therefore, we may, at our sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of our programs without refund or forgiveness of remaining monthly payments if you become disruptive, abusive or are deemed to present a threat to the quality of the program, including the progress and participation of the other registrants, in any way.

Privacy & Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants.

We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the company.

While you are free, and encouraged, to discuss your personal results from participating in Better YOUniverse programs and trainings, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence to ensure an environment of trust and safety.

Content:

Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice, therapy or counseling tailored to any individual.

All materials, procedures, policies, and standards, all handouts and workbooks, all audio and video products that have been or will be made available by Better YOUniverse through it’s family of brands, are for personal use in or in conjunction with the purchased program only.

The information contained in program material is strictly for educational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions and hold Better YOUniverse and it’s family of brands, Terri Hase and Vincent Hase harmless for your results.

There is no guarantee, express or implied, that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas presented. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the efforts and skills of the person applying all or part of the concepts, ideas and strategies contained in our materials.
